Our goal at VST Clinic is to make therapy affordable while still providing exceptional service. We offer a cash pay rate for those without insurance or with out-of-network insurance plans. We will assist clients with out-of-network benefits to submit claims to their insurance company. We recommend calling your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits, deductibles, and co-pay amounts for speech therapy services. • Medicare Part B
• Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program)
• Cigna

Out of Network/Private Pay Clients

We offer a cash pay rate and will collect payment at time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits we will assist with submitting claims to your insurance and provide a superbill. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash, as well as HSA and FSA’s.

Insurance Clients

Our billing department will submit claims to your insurance company directly. We will send an invoice with any remaining balance after insurance payments have been collected, this will include any co-pays.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you cancel less with less than 24 hour notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a $35 late cancel/no-show fee.
