Our goal at VST Clinic is to make therapy affordable while still providing exceptional service. We offer a pay-at-time of service rate for those without insurance or with out-of-network insurance plans. We will assist clients with out-of-network benefits by providing a Superbill.

We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies/government agencies:

• Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program)
• Colorado Medicare Part B
• United Health Care
• Devoted Health
• Cigna
• Aetna

Out of Network/Private Pay Clients

We offer a pay-at-time-of-service discount. If you have out-of-network benefits we will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. We recommend calling your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits, how to submit superbills, deductibles, and co-pay/coinsurance amounts for speech therapy services.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and HSA/FSA cards.

Insurance Clients

Our billing department will submit claims to your insurance company directly. We will collect co-pays at time of service or send an invoice with any remaining balance after insurance payments have been collected, this will include any co-pays not previously collected.

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you cancel less with less than 24-hour notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a $35 late cancel/no-show fee.
